Core and Flow

How is your core progressing and have you added in some flow at the end of your workouts.

Nail the basics!

Have you been progressing through the core sessions maintaining great form, activation and engagement AND crucially have you been applying those principals to your whole body sessions. Is it worth checking back into the physio sessions with Lucy and rechecking your tummy gap to monitor progress…we think so!

Repetition creates adaption!

This is especially true when it comes to your core sessions. Core 1 done well will always have huge benefits for your body. Try to only move through the core sessions once your form, control and tempo closely match what you see in the videos form Neesh.

How often should you flow?

Flow as often as you like! They are great for your mobility and alignment and really great to use at the end of your circuit fit sessions for a great stretch.
