When can you start using Carifit Baby Carriers?
Suitable for use with newborns to toddlers: 3.2kg-20kg
When can I start carrying my baby facing otuwards in my baby carrier?
We recommend that your baby be carried facing inwards in the baby carrier until around five months of age. Before this age, baby’s neck muscles, spine and hips are not sufficiently developed.
Is the carrier really designed to suit a baby’s back?
The Carifit+ provides an optimised level of support for your babies every growing body at all ages and stages.
Can baby carriers cause hip problems in young babies?
The Carifit+ is certified hip healthy by the prestigious IHDI.
Do Carifit Baby Carriers suit parents of any particular size?

Can my child sleep in the baby carrier?
Absolutely, the research around contact naps and their benefits for both baby and wearer are widely known and understood. Let them nap and enjoy!
For how long can I carry my child in the baby carrier at a time?
As long as you like. The reality is that most babies have a reason to come out of the carrier fairly regularly for a feed, play, bath etc etc there is much more detail in your Carifit app in the carrier section!
Are the fabrics used in the baby carrier safe? Is it safe, for example, for my child to suck on the baby carrier?
Yes, Carifit+ is tested to the highest international safety standards. Babies love to chew on and drool on the super soft edging of their carrier!
How do I wash my carrier?

How do I redeem the 12 months free app subscription?
You can follow the instructions here to redeem your 12 free months subscription to our app. All you need is your Carifit+ packaging.
How do I download the Carifit app on my phone?
Our app is available on both the Apple Store and on the Google Play store. Just search for Carifit on your device. Read our Carifit App page here to find out how you can download our app.

Can anyone join your classes?
Of course! We encourage all new parents to take part in our classes, whatever their fitness capability. Carifit Live is all about community and feeling amazing in your body. Don't worry about finding our classes too difficult, you can tailor your workout to your capability and our experts suggest easy and hard moves for each workout.
